Executive Secretary

Your tasks

As a company executive and multi-disciplinary project manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the deployment of a variety of projects (infrastructure, QSSE, IT and gas-related), from the scoping phase and drawing up specifications through to operational implementation of the chosen solutions.

In addition, you will supervise activities relating to quality, safety, health and the environment (QSSE). You will also be responsible for reporting on the company's overall risks.

Your profile

You have a bachelor's degree in engineering from a university of applied sciences or an equivalent qualification, plus training in project management.

You have at least 5 years' experience in engineering (mechanical, electrical or automation) in industry and/or energy.

With a rigorous, structured approach, you are proficient in project management and in writing clear, relevant reports. Curious and intellectually agile, you demonstrate a real ability to explore new fields and position yourself on complex, technical issues.

Sensitive to the values of the environment and sustainability, you have experience or a marked interest in these themes. Your cross-functional approach enables you to federate, raise awareness and mobilize your contacts around key issues, particularly those related to safety.

A native French speaker, you are fluent in German and have a good level of English. The position is based in Aigle, with some travel to the head office in Vevey.
